The process of buying and selling a home is referred to as a "conveyance", as the title is being 'transferred' from the vendor to the purchaser. Buying or selling a property can be very complex, especially to first time home buyers; a notary is here to help. As the notary, it is our duty to prepare all the necessary documents involved in the selling and purchasing of a home, as well as to ensure that you are aware of and meet your responsibilities as set out in the Purchase Contract. We will prepare your Form A Transfer, Property Transfer Tax form, Buyer's and Seller's Statement of Adjustments, and obtain the necessary tax and strata information if applicable. Once the transfer is registered, we will order a copy of your State of Title Certificate.
